Placing an order online is very easy via our website. You can order quickly, easily and securely all day, every day. Catering Products Direct is part of the Glassjacks family. Simply check out as a guest or register with us to place your order.It is also possible to email through your order to info@glassjacks.co.uk, we will forward you an invoice for payment. Once payment has been received your order will be prepared and dispatched to you (normally within 2 to 3 working days). Please do let us know if you require urgently and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline.
97% of our customers shop online. Here you will be provided with several different payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards using Sage Pay and PayPal. Other methods of payment include bank transfer (BACS) or cheque (made payable to Glassjacks Ltd). Please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk to indicate if you would like to pay by BACS and we will supply you with our bank details.
Please email us your order reference or requirements to: info@glassjacks.co.uk and we will provide you with a delivery date.
We try to dispatch orders ASAP, usually within 2 to 3 working days. If you do have an urgent order, we will endeavour to meet your deadline.
For large orders, we can supply a quotation. Please email info@glassjacks.co.uk.
Once your order transaction has been processed you will be emailed an invoice. A copy of the invoice will also be included with your order when it is dispatched.
If you require an additional copy, please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk to request one and we will email it to you.
We are an online business and do not have a showroom or trade counter.
Collections from our office premises are not possible. Our office is separate from our warehouse, we are therefore unable to offer a collection service.
You can cancel your order any time up until the time of dispatch and you will be offered a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched and you have received, it is the responsibility of the customer to then return the order in an unopened, unused and resalable condition. The order will then be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
