Placing an order online is very easy via our website. You can order quickly, easily and securely all day, every day. Catering Products Direct is part of the Glassjacks family. Simply check out as a guest or register with us to place your order.
It is also possible to email through your order to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will forward you an invoice for payment. Once payment has been received your order will be prepared and despatched to you (normally within 2 to 3 working days). Please do let us know if you require urgently and we will do our upmost to meet your deadline.
97% of our customers shop on line. Here you will be provided with several different payment methods including Credit and Debit Cards using Sage Pay and PayPal. Other methods of payment include bank transfer (BACS) or cheque (made payable to Glassjacks Ltd). Please email us: email@example.com to indicate if you would like to pay by BACS and we will supply you with our bank details.
Can you specify a delivery date?

Can I receive my order before the weekend?
We try to despatch orders ASAP, usually within 2 to 3 working days. If you do have an urgent order, we will endeavour to meet your deadline.

Once your order transaction has been processed you will be emailed an invoice. A copy of the invoice will also be included with your order when it is despatched.

Can we visit you?
We are an online business and do not have a showroom or trade counter.
Can I collect my order?
Collections from our office premises are not possible. Our office is separate from our warehouse, we are therefore unable to offer a collection service.
Cancelling your order
You can cancel your order any time up until the time of despatch and you will be offered a full refund.
Once the order has been despatched and you have received, it is the responsibility of the customer to then return the order in an unopened, unused and resalable condition. The order will then be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.
