UK Mainland Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 2-3 working days.  If your order is urgent, please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.  Courier delivery cost for orders made through our website is £5.95 or £10.95.

Non-UK Mainland Delivery (Incl. Highlands / Islands)

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Remote Scottish Mainland, Highlands, Channel Islands & Other Islands to the following will incur additional shipping charges.   Please email us: info@glassjacks.co.uk for quotation.  Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

International Deliveries

Please email us: info@glassjacks to discuss the possibility of an international delivery.

Courier Deliveries

All parcel deliveries are made by our courier service APC, FedEx or Parcel Force.  Deliveries are made between 08:30 – 18:00 Monday to Friday. Ideally your order should be consigned to a ‘manned’ address, where our courier can obtain a signature on delivery. The courier may deliver to a neighbour or leave in a safe place if no one is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific delivery time for your order.

Collections

Collections from our office premises are not possible.  Our office is separate from our warehouse, so we are unable to offer a collection service.
