REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Please check your delivery carefully on arrival and notify us of any shortfalls as soon as possible.
If the items are in their original packaging and un-used please return them to our office address within 14 days: –
Catering Products Direct, 29 Field View, Knightwood Park, Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, SO53 4LJ.
Alternatively, we can arrange for the items to be collected from you. Our collection charge is £22.00 or 15% of the value of goods. (whichever is greatest). This is not possible on any special-order items, unless they are damaged or faulty.
Please Note: a restocking fee may be incurred for large or bulky items.
